AUTO-UP HOOD SPEED ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
The speed at which the hood raises as well as how much damper the hood has when it reaches full height can be
adjusted. The two air adjustment valves are located on the back of the balancer near the piston and in the tub on
the left wall. It will be necessary to remove the weight tray in order to access the inner air valve.
Setting BaSe hooD SpeeD
1. Locate the air valve connected to the AutoHood piston at the back of the balancer. Verify the symbol located
onthevalveispointedawayfromthecylinder(cylinder→O>).
