If the appliance is not being used for long periods:

Not achieving
temperature set
• The temperature shown on the display is showing the temperature of
where the sensor is located. It is perfectly normal operation for the
temperature to read a different temperature to the set temperature, as
the temperature within the appliance will fluctuate continually.
• Temperature performance is affected by several factors, i.e. how often the
door is opened, the ambient temperature, how full the appliance is, etc.
• If the temperature shown is higher than the set temperature, there is no
need to reset as the appliance will be continually working to reach the
required set temperature.
• Check that there is sufficient ventilation around the unit.
