stitute and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. WARNING: The blade turns when the engine is running.
OPERATOR PRESENCE CONTROL BAR – must be held
down to the handle to start the engine. Release to stop
the engine.

pelled forward motion lawn mower.
