Wheels and drive system
Front axle
Dismantling
Prize off the hub cap and dismantle the
wheel.
Disconnect the connecting rod for the
height setting.
Front axle
Dismantling
Remove the hub cap by prizing it off with a
screwdriver.
Unscrew the centre screw (A) and remove
the wheel.
Make sure the spacer washer (B) inside
the wheel does not fall out.
Remove the shield (C).
Remove the circlip (D) and the bearing
pin (E).
WARNING!
Exercise caution when
removing the bearing pin
because the connecting rod
is spring-loaded. Make sure
the height control is in the
highest position.

Twist the connecting rod (F) for the height
setting to one side.
Dismantle the wheel on the opposite side
of the cutting cover.
To continue working, the wheel and the
shield on the right hand side also need to
be dismantled.
However, the cover can still not be
removed.
Remove the 4 screws (A).
Remove the 2 screws (B) holding the axle
support plate. Dismantle on both sides.
Pull the cover and the front axle forwards
away from the cutting cover.
Pull the cover together with the front axle
straight ahead at the same time as turning
the axle anti-clockwise in order to be able
to pass over the raised area (A) on the
cutting cover.
Dismantle the parts in the left front wheel
suspension.
Remove the nut (A) and disconnect the
other parts for cleaning and possible
replacement.
