Function Description

The primary function of the HyperChiller is to quickly cool hot beverages, such as coffee, tea, wine, spirits, and juice, in as little as one minute. It achieves this by utilizing a unique multi-chamber design that allows the hot liquid to flow through a cooling chamber without coming into direct contact with the ice, thus preventing dilution. This ensures that the beverage maintains its original flavor and strength while becoming ice-cold. The device is reusable, making it an eco-friendly alternative to single-use ice.

Usage Features

The HyperChiller is designed for ease of use, with a straightforward assembly and daily operation process.

Initial Assembly:

1. Small Stainless Steel Cup: Fill the small stainless steel cup with water up to the indented mark (1a) and twist it onto the lid.
2. Large Stainless Steel Cup: Fill the large stainless steel cup with water up to the indented mark (2a) and empty its contents into the black HyperChiller cup.
3. Twist Large Cup onto Lid: Twist the empty large stainless steel cup onto the lid.
4. Freeze: Twist the entire lid assembly onto the black HyperChiller cup and place it upright in the freezer. It needs to freeze solid for a minimum of 12 hours. It is crucial to avoid overfilling to prevent cracking of the components.

Daily Use:

1. Pouring Liquid: Brew fresh coffee directly onto the recessed area of the HyperChiller's lid using a compatible single-cup brewer, or carefully pour hot liquid in with a carafe. The liquid will flow through an opening at the bottom of the lid into the cooling chamber. It is acceptable to pour liquid over the vent on the recessed area of the lid, as this vent allows air to escape from the ice chamber, and small bubbles may be observed. Once frozen, there is no need to disassemble the product for regular use.
2. Swirling for Faster Cooling: After the hot liquid is inside the HyperChiller, gently swirl the product every few seconds. This movement helps to accelerate the cooling process.
3. Pouring and Enjoying: In as little as one minute, the beverage will have cooled down significantly (up to 130°F+). Pour the chilled liquid into your cup via the spout on the opposite side of the lid and enjoy. Cooling times can vary based on freezer temperature, initial liquid temperature and volume, and whether the product is swirled. A cooling times chart is provided in the manual for reference. For an extra-cold, undiluted drink, an additional 60+ seconds of cooling time is recommended.
4. Preparing for Next Use: To prepare the HyperChiller for its next use, simply pour clean water through the lid (as you did with the hot beverage) and then pour it back out into the sink. Dry off any condensation from the outside of the device and place it back in the freezer in an upright position.
