CARRIAGE LOAD ROLLER
Measure the clearance when the center of
the carriage upper roller is 100
mm
from
the top of the inner mast.
Measure the clearance at upper, middle
and lower rollers after loosen the adjust
screws from the side rollers. Shift the
carriage to one side to bring the roller into
contact with the inner mast, and measure
the clearance between the roller side face
and mast at the closest position on the
opposite side to the following value by
adjust screw.

Standard clearance C = 0~0.6
mm
Distribute the roller clearance equally to
the left and right roller.
After the adjustment, the carriage should
move smoothly along the overall mast
length.
