Maintenance Information
This section deals with information for proper maintenance of
the machine. Therefore, ensure that all safety information,
warnings, and instructions are read and understood before any
operation or any maintenance procedures are performed.
Operational Hour Meter Reading
Check operational hour meter reading every day to see if
necessary maintenance is scheduled to be performed.

Replacement Parts
Use HD HYUNDAI CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT genuine
parts specified in Parts Book as replacement parts.

Lubricants
For lubrication of the machine, use HD HYUNDAI
CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT genuine lubricants. Use oil of
specified viscosity according to ambient temperature.
Windshield Washer Fluid
Use automobile window washer fluid, and be careful not to let
any dirt get into it.
Fresh and Clean Lubricants
Use clean oil and grease. Keep containers of oil and grease
containers clean and keep foreign materials away.
Check Drained Oil and Used Filter
After oil is changed or filters are replaced, check oil and filters for
metal particles and foreign materials. If large quantities of metal
particles or foreign materials are found, take corrective action.
