  If your Hyundai Trimmer engine cranks but won't start, stalls, or has trouble starting, several factors could be at play. The fuel filter or fuel line might be blocked or clogged, or there might be an issue with the carburetor. Try cleaning or replacing the fuel filter and fuel line. If the fuel mixture is too rich, open the choke, clean or replace the air filter, and adjust the carburetor. A faulty spark plug could also be the culprit; adjust the spark gap to 0.65mm, or clean or replace the plug. If the fuel tank is empty, refill it with fresh fuel. For carburetor issues or if there's no spark, it's best to contact a dealer.

  If your Hyundai Trimmer engine runs but dies or doesn't accelerate properly, the air filter may be dirty, requiring cleaning or replacement. The fuel filter could also be dirty. Replace the fuel. A blocked fuel vent can cause this issue; clear the vent to resolve it. Additionally, a dirty or worn spark plug might be the cause; clean, adjust, or replace it as needed. Improper adjustment may also lead to performance issues; ensure proper adjustment. Overheating can also cause the engine to die; clean the trimmer and allow it to cool down. Also, check the screen; if it’s cracked or perforated, it needs replacement.
