OSO | BATTERY MOUNT INSTALLATION GUIDE
STEP 5
Use a long 6 or 8mm Allen key to apply moderate pressure on the center of the back of the
battery cradle.
Installation torque depends on which bolts your bike is equipped with. Tighten bolts with a 4mm
Allen bolt head to 12Nm and bolts with a T30 Torx or 5mm Allen bolt head to 15Nm.
NOTE: If your bike has 4mm Allen head bolts and you need to adjust the mount frequently, you may
need bolts that can handle a higher installation torque. Please reach out to askchuck@ibiscycles.com
for more information.
STEP 6
Remove the battery.
• Reinstall it to make sure it lines up correctly.
• Tighten the front battery mount to 12Nm with a 6mm Allen key.
