STEP 5
• Use a long 6 or 8mm Allen key to apply moderate pressure on the center of the back of the
battery cradle.
• Installation torque depends on which bolts your bike is equipped with. Tighten bolts with a 4mm
Allen bolt head to 12Nm and bolts with a T30 Torx or 5mm Allen bolt head to 15Nm.
NOTE: If your bike has 4mm Allen head bolts and you need to adjust the mount frequently, you may
need bolts that can handle a higher installation torque. Please reach out to askchuck@ibiscycles.com

STEP 6
• Remove the battery.
• Reinstall it to make sure it lines up correctly.
• Tighten the front battery mount to 12Nm with a 6mm Allen key.
