Multi-adapter bridge has no IOP for the I/O adapters.
LIC detected I/O adapters under the multi-adapter bridge but did not
detect an I/O processor. The I/O adapters are not available.

If there is a Linux partition in the system, any IOPs plugged into slots
owned by a Linux partition will not power on. This error will be logged.
Correct the situation by removing the IOP cards.

An I/O processor or I/O adapter card type is installed in the location
indicated in word 7 of the SRC. The card type is not supported in that slot
under the Multi-adapter bridge. The card is unavailable.
