1. Set the system unit's Power switch to Off.
2. Reseat the diskette-drive adapter by disconnecting it
from the system unit, and then reconnecting it.
3. Set the system unit's Power switch to On.
4. Bring the advanced-test menu to your screen.

IS THE ID UNDER THE DISKETTE-DRIVE
SYMBOL BLINKING?
The problem has been corrected.
Repeat advanced POST and the advanced
tests to ensure that the IBM PCy> is operating
correctly.
