5. Set the system unit's Power switch to On.
6. Bring the advanced-test menu to your screen.
7. Move the cursor to the ID "C" under the graphics
printer symbol.
8. Press the Enter key.
DO YOU HAVE " * " UNDER THE GRAPHICS
PRINTER SYMBOL?
Replace the parallel printer attachment.
Repeat advanced POST and the advanced
tests to ensure that the IBM PCyr is operating
correctly.
