Unplug power supply cables, line cords, and remove PCI, SMP, clock cables.
Position lift tool, set to service, remove cover, inspect TIM, prepare SCM tool.
Remove heat sink and SCM module using specialized tools and procedures.
Determine processor lid type, remove lid if needed, prepare SCM tool.
Inspect socket, align and insert SCM module using tool, close latches.
Install TIM, align and lower heat sink, engage load arms, and secure.
Transfer node to rails, reconnect cables, install front bezel and covers.
