macro-instruction

entry

list.

DCBs
to
which
the
entries
point
are
in
the
problem
prograro.
For
each
DCB
specified
in
the
OPEN
or
CLOSE
macro-instruction,
a
combined
work
and
control
block
area
is
built.
Register
6
contains
the
starting
address
of
a
table
that
contains
an
address
for
each
work
and
control
block
area.
The
addresses
of
the
areas
are
contained
in
t~he
low-order
three
bytes
of
8-byte
entries.
The
list
of
8-byte
entries
begins
32
bytes
from
the
starting
address
of
the
table.
The
format
of
the
combined
work
and
control
block
area
is
shown
in
Figure
2.
