Detach cover switch cable(suspend cable), shown as 1,
and microphone cable, shown as 2.

Gently push the upper case backward, as shown in step
1. And lift it up slightly, as shown in step 2. Then
release the latches, as shown in step 3 and step 4,
carefully to remove the upper case.
