Please ll out your product registration information and mail it back to us within 15

days of your purchase date. Or, you may go to our web site to register your product.

Please retain your original receipt in the event that you would need to return the unit

for a warranty repair.

Failure to mail in your product registration card, or registering your product on our web

site within the 15 day period of the purchase will result in the voiding of the warranty.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Register within 15 days of purchase)

Your ICOtec product is warranted to be free of material defects and

workmanship for 1 year after the date of purchase. In the event of a defect

under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product,

provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does

not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation,

or maintenance provided by someone other than an authorized service

contractor. Any return made under this warranty must be accompanied

by the items listed below:

1) Contact Customer Service for instructions. You will need to complete

a Warranty Claim form online prior to shipping product back to ICOtec

for service or replacement. 419-450-3566 or service@icotec.com.

2) Proof of purchase with date of purchase (store receipt)

3) Product should be well packed in a sturdy shipping carton with

return postage prepaid to the address listed below:
