Starting up
• Turn on your PC.
• After booting your PC, the IB-872-i3 card reader is automatically reco-
gnized and ready for operation (power LED shines blue). The necessary
USB drivers are already pre-installed by Windows
®
.
• The IB-872-i3 supports Multi-LUN. All memory cards can be used at the
same time. (please note in this case that the bandwidth of the USB 3.0
connection is shared).
• Insert your memory cards as follows:
• MS memory cards with the gold contacts facing down
• SD memory cards with the golden contacts facing down
• microSD memory cards with the golden contacts facing upwards
• CF memory cards wide groove right side, thin groove left side
• If a memory card is active, the status LED flashes green.
