The Recall function may be required for some special
services of your network provider. During a call, pressing
the R button generates a line interruption and the length
depends on your FLASH setting. The default value is
100ms,which is correct for most UK exchanges and
should not need changing.

Warning: If you connect the telephone to a line with a broadband (ADSL) connection, you
must use a micro-filter between the telephone and telephone line, otherwise you may get
interference between the telephone and the broadband, which could cause problems.
If you need broadband micro-filters, contact your broadband supplier.
4. Plug one end of the telephone line
cord into the other socket in the
underside of the base unit, and route
the cable through the cable guide at
the back, then plug the other end into
your telephone wall socket.

Install 3 Alkaline AAA batteries into the battery compartment in the underside of the
base, as shown below, and replace the cover before use.
Batteries are not included with the unit.
When the batteries are low, will show on the right side of the display screen, If
you do not replace the batteries, they will become totally discharged and your display
screen will not work. and you may lose all the telephone memories and settings.

Installation

Locating the Base unit

Position the base unit on a level surface near the telephone socket, avoiding wet areas and electrical interference.

Configure the flash time (100-1000ms) for special network services like call waiting or PBX compatibility.

Telephone Operations

Making and Answering Calls

Instructions for initiating calls by lifting the handset or pressing speakerphone, and answering incoming calls.

Call Volume and Mute Control

Adjust speakerphone volume using the slide control and mute the microphone during conversations.

Use the REDIAL button for last number redial and the R (Recall) button for network features like call waiting.
