RO Operation:
Tap water passes through the pre-treatment stage that includes a sediment filter and
two de-chlorination cartridges.
Then, the water is driven to the reverse osmosis membrane, where it is purified. You
get a rejected water flow that is sent to the drain and an osmotic pure water flow that is
storaged in the tank
When you open the tap water dispenser, the water comes out from the storage tank
going through an activated carbon post-filter that removes bad tastes and odour that
may have been caused by the time inside the tank
At the time the tank is filled, the pressure increases and the valve expands and
automatically shuts off the water inlet to the osmosis membrane. This way the
continuous flow of water to the drain is avoided.
