How to fix idronaut Measuring Instruments when there is no communication with the probe?

If you're having trouble communicating with the idronaut Measuring Instruments probe using ITERM or REDAS-5, first try communicating with the RS232C laboratory cable if you are working with telemetry. Ensure the battery and/or power supply are functioning correctly. Verify that the communication port selected in the software aligns with the hardware interface where the cable is connected. If using battery or external power, make sure the probe is switched on via the magnetic switch. Try closing and restarting the ITERM program. If you are working with REDAS, attempt communication using the ITERM program.
