What to do if LEDs do not light and beeper is not audible on IDTECH Payment Terminal?

If the LEDs don't light up and you can't hear the beeper when presenting a card, fob, or phone to the IDTECH Payment Terminal, try these steps: * Ensure the card, fob, or phone is close to the antenna and parallel to the reader's face. * Check for any metal that might be interfering with the antenna. * Make sure the power cable is fully inserted. * Test with a “ViVOcard Contactless Test Card” part number 241-0015-03 Rev A. If the issue persists, it could be due to incorrect firmware, so contact your local support representative. In some cases, the ViVOpay Kiosk III may need to be replaced.
