Why my ieGeek IK-103 doesn't work?

If your ieGeek DVD player isn't working, first ensure the power switch is in the “ON” position. Then, check the connections to the AC adapter or battery pack. Finally, observe the indicator light: if it's on, the motherboard may be faulty; if it's off, there could be an issue with either the motherboard or the power adapter.
