TROUBLESHOOTING:
Q: The gimbal won’t stabilize and would not hold my
smartphone horizontal.
A: Ensure that you have charged the battery of the gimbal
before operating it, and then repeat Step 2 of the Quick Start
guide. Also ensure that the phone is fully placed in the holder or
the gimbal will have difficulty achieving balance.
Q: My phone won’t fit in the clamp.
A: If your phone is too small for the clamp, try using a phone
case. If that does not work, we offer a smaller clamp as an
accessory. If your phone is too large the device
mount is not compatible. Please contact your
seller.
Q: I can’t see any picture on my
smartphone’s screen.
A: First, please check that you turn
on the camera of your smart phone
and then check that it is installed in the
correct orientation. Please refer to Step 2
of the Quick Start guide.
Q: How long can it last?
A: Normally the battery can last 2-3 hours.
*For best results, turn OFF vibrate mode on phone as it may
interfere with operation.
