Save fuel & reduce emission
Fuel saving is not completely determined
by the vehicle design and its technical
characteristics, but also related to your
use.
The following measures can help you to
reduce fuel consumption:
- Keep your vehicle in good working
condition;
- Comply with the service and
maintenance rules specied by us;
- Apart from overhauling and lubricating
oil & coolant replacement etc., the
working conditions of components
affecting the fuel consumption mostly
should be checked regularly.
FUEL-SAVING MEASURES
Adjust the engine
Check the main components of ignition
system and fuel supply system annually
at least.
Ignition system
Keep the correct spark plug clearance.
Fuel supply system
Check the mechanical connection
conditions of fuel supply system, and
check the positions for oil leakage.
Check the tyre pressure
Check it weekly, and the insufcient tyre
pressure will increase the wheel rolling
resistance, thus the fuel consumption will
be increased.
Air lter
The lter element blockage will decrease
the engine air intake efciency, thus, the
element should be replaced regularly
as the interval specied in the Warranty
Manual.
