Cleaning your quartz composite sink
A sink in quartz composite does not absorb
tastes or odours. To ensure your sink keeps
its beauty for many years, you must clean
and care for it properly. Clean your sink
after each use by rinsing it with water. To
avoid lime scale stains from dried water,
rinse the sink with water and wipe it with
a dry cloth. Stubborn stains can be rubbed
off with a soft brush or a nylon sponge
dampened with a non-abrasive liquid
cleaner. Rinse the sink with water and wipe
with a dry cloth.
We recommend that you deep clean your
sink every now and then. Deep clean by
lling the sink with about 2 cm of hot
water. Add 2-3 teaspoons of dishwashing
detergent, or one dishwashing detergent
tab, and stir. Leave this to work for a
minimum of 2 hours, preferably overnight if
possible. Rinse the sink with water and wipe
with a dry cloth.
Metal abrasion can easily be removed with a
wet melamine foam sponge (Eraser sponge/
Magic Sponge), which can be found in your
local DIY or hardware shop.
Do not use abrasive cleaning creams or
powders, concentrated caustic soda, formic
acid or anything highly corrosive, including
solvents like paint thinner or nitro thinner.
