Symptom Check Try
The table does not
move.
Orange light blinks.
1. Make sure that all cables are undamaged
and connected rmly in place.
1. Reconnect all the cables.
2. Unplug the desk from the wall socket for
approximately one minute and reconnect.
2. Follow the instructions to perform a reset. If
the problem remains, contact IKEA customer
service.
Only one leg is
moving. Orange light
blinks.
1. Make sure that all cables are undamaged

The table stops and
reverses during
operation.
1. Make sure that the table is not overloaded.
(Max load 80 kg/176 lbs)
Remove the heavy things from the desk.
2. Make sure that nothing is blocking the table. Remove the obstacle. Follow the instructions to
perform a reset.
3. Check that the electrical cable has full
movement when the desk is in its highest
position and has reasonable slack
If the electrical cable is trapped, release it. Make
sure it has enough length when the desk is in its
highest position.
The table has stopped
working. Burning
smell from short-
circuit/motor/power
supply/control units.
Unplug the desk from the wall. Identify the burned parts, then contact IKEA
customer service.
Abnormal noise from
table leg.
Check that the sound is normal or abnormal
when you move the desktop up and down.
Follow the instructions to perform a reset. If
problem remains, identify the defective parts
and contact IKEA customer service.
One segment of the
3-segment leg does
not move.

contact IKEA customer service.
Overheat protection
status.
/ This is not an error status, but due to the motor
working continuously, overheat protection may
activate. After approx. 18 minutes of rest, the
blue light will turn o and normal operation can
be resumed.
