TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Plastic small or taste. 1. It is not unusual for machines that
are new to have a plastic smell to
them. This is completely harmless
and wears o after repeated use.
1. Prior to use, thoroughly wash the milk kit
components, milk tubing and water tanks
with hot soapy water.
2. Run a water cleaning cycle by placing a mug
on tray and pressing the water icon ( ).
Do this several times.
3. Run a milk cleaning cycle by placing a mug
on tray and pressing the milk icon ( ).
Repeat several time.
The machine does not
dispense frothed milk.
1. Milk type not suitable for this prepa-
ration.
2. Milk tube is not positioned correctly
in milk tank lid or not securely at-
tached to milk kit.
3. Milk kit components dirty or
clogged by milk from previous use.
4. Not enough milk in the tank.
5. The milk kit upper tube is clogged.
1. Use cold whole milk for best results.
2. Make sure milk tube mouth is protruding on
outside of lid and that it is locked securely
into milk kit.
3. Wash the milk dispensing spout and milk kit
components daily to ensure no dried milk is
inside, blocking the flow. Double check upper
clear tube is not clogged. You may also add a
special milk frother cleaning agent to hot wa-
ter and safely soak the milk kit components
for 30 minutes.
4. Fill the milk tank up to at least the MIN level.
5. Disassemble the milk kit, remove the upper
tube and thoroughly clean it as described
above.
The machine takes too long to
heat up.
1. After first turning on, it takes the
machine less than 1 minute to be
ready to prepare any of the selected
beverages. The machine is designed
to prepare each dierent beverage
to its ideal temperature and needs
time to adjust when necessary to
ensure proper preparation.
1. Wait for the machine to reac its proper tem-
perature.

Remove the milk tank
lid and empty its con-
tents. Remove milk tube
by holding the tab and
rotating it. Wash the milk
tank lid with hot water.
Wash the milk tube with
hot water.
Insert milk tube in the lid
first. Then align and con-
nect the tube’s tab flush
to the inside of the lid.
Remove the milk kit
(dispensing spout).
Remove the milk kit
components. Empty any
water or residue out of
the transparent tube by
gently pressing.
Remove the final con-
nector. To ensure correct
milk frothing, always
check that the micro
hole inside the upper
tube is not clogged.
Remove the end that
must be inserted in the
machine. Remove the
upper pipe. Wash all
components with hot
water.
Dry all components and
insert them into the milk
kit (dispensing spout).
Fill the milk tank with
hot water and rinse for
fast cleaning. Or, to
complete a full cleaning
cycle, fill milk tank with
water and press the milk
( ) icon.
Attach the milk kit to te
machine until it locks in
place (see step 2 on re-
verse side). Then attach
the milk tank to the milk
kit by connecting and
locking into place.
