What to do if IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture has no response to DMX?
    • N
      Nicole BrownAug 12, 2025
If your IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture is not responding to DMX, there might be an issue with the DMX cable or connectors. Try unplugging the unit, changing the DMX cable, and then reconnecting it to electrical power. It could also be a controller malfunction; check if the controller operates properly with other DMX products. If the controller works with other products, the light effect DMX card may be malfunctioning, in which case you should take the DMX cable and the light effect to a qualified technician.

How to troubleshoot no light and no movement in IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture?
    • C
      Christina JamesAug 16, 2025
If your IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture has no light and no movement, begin by checking that the unit is properly plugged into an appropriate power supply. If the power supply is not the issue, the fuse might be blown and needs replacing. If the LEDs are the cause, return the TWIST-5LED Spot to your IMG Stage Line dealer.

Why does the lamp cut out intermittently on my IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture?
    • B
      Brian EscobarAug 27, 2025
If the lamp on your IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture cuts out intermittently, it could be overheating. Allow the fixture to cool, clean the fan, and ensure the air vents at the control panel and front lens are not blocked. Improving the air conditioning in the room can also help. Alternatively, the power supply settings may not match the local AC voltage and frequency; disconnect the fixture and check the settings, correcting them if necessary.

What causes IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixtures to respond erratically after resetting?
    • G
      gsmithAug 31, 2025
If all IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixtures respond erratically or not at all after resetting, ensure the controller is properly connected. If the controller is connected, the 3-pin XLR Out of the controller may not match the XLR Out of the first fixture on the link (i.e., the signal is reversed). In this case, install a phase-reversing cable between the controller and the first fixture on the link.

Why is there no light from my IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture?
    • C
      Carol SawyerSep 4, 2025
If your IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture is producing no light, the power supply settings may not match the local AC voltage and frequency. Disconnect the fixture and check these settings, correcting them if necessary. Another possible cause is damaged LEDs, in which case you should disconnect the fixture and return it to your dealer.

What to do if the shutter closes suddenly on my IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture?
    • M
      Mary GrahamSep 7, 2025
If the shutter on your IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixture closes suddenly, the color wheel, gobo wheel, or a gobo may have lost its index position, causing the fixture to reset the effect. Contact a technician for servicing if the problem persists.

Why do some IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixtures respond erratically after reset?
    • S
      Sarah GarciaNov 22, 2025
If some IMG STAGE LINE Light Fixtures respond erratically or not at all after a reset, it could be due to poor data quality. Check the data quality; if it's much lower than 100 percent, the problem may be a bad data link connection, poor quality or broken cables, a missing termination plug, or a defective fixture disturbing the link. Inspect the connections and cables, correcting poor connections and repairing or replacing damaged cables. Ensure the data link is terminated with a 120 Ohm termination plug in the output jack of the last fixture on the link and check the address settings. You can also bypass one fixture at a time until normal operation is regained by unplugging both connectors and connecting them directly together to identify a defective fixture, which should then be serviced...
