A.) Attach the Arm Curl Pad (#24) to the Arm Curl Stand (#10). Secure it with two M8 x 5/8”
Allen Bolts (#53) and two Ø 5/8” Washers (#56).
B.) Insert the Arm Curl Stand into the top opening on the Front Post (#3). Use a M18 Lock
Knob (#39) to secure the Arm Curl Stand in position.
C.) Attach the two Ø ¾” x ¼” Bushings (#45) into the holes on Leg Developer. Attach the Curl
Bar Handle (#12) to the Leg Developer (#11). Secure it a L-shaped Lock Pin (#44).
D.) Remove the Arm Curl Stand and the Curl Bar Handle when using the Leg Developer.
