  If coffee spills from the funnel gap of your Imusa Coffee Maker, consider these potential causes and solutions: * There may be debris inside the seal ring. Clean the sundries inside the seal ring. * The coffee powder might be too fine. Replace it with a coarser coffee powder. * You might be compressing the coffee powder too tightly. Compress it with approximately 8 pounds (about 9kg) of pressure. * The seal ring could be worn out. In this case, please contact the authorized service center.

  If the coffee handle on your Imusa Coffee Maker won't switch to the lock position, it could be due to a couple of reasons: * The amount of coffee powder exceeds the funnel's maximum capacity. Try decreasing the amount of coffee powder used. * If the coffee powder hasn’t been added and the handle still won’t switch, please contact the authorized service center.
