      If the LED on your Independence Lawn and Garden Equipment is flashing alternately red and orange at 7-second intervals, it indicates low battery voltage. First, ensure that four fresh 'C' batteries are correctly installed. If the issue persists, check that the battery cage connector is properly installed. If the problem continues after repeated attempts, replace the batteries with a new set of four 'C' batteries.
