Usage Features:

  • Ignition/Light Key Switch: Controls electrical functions, with positions for Steering Lock, OFF, RUN, and PARK. Headlights are automatically on when the engine is running.
  • Engine Stop/Run Switch: Allows quick engine shutdown (STOP) and enables engine start/run (RUN).
  • Starter Switch: Engages the starter motor when the engine stop/run switch is in RUN.
  • Horn Switch: Activates the horn.
  • High/Low Headlight Beam Switch: Toggles between high and low beams, with a "Flash to Pass" momentary feature.
  • Turn Signal Switch: Activates left or right turn signals, with an automatic cancellation feature based on speed/distance and a momentary feature.
  • Emergency Flasher Switch (Hazard Switch): Activates/cancels all four turn signals as hazard lights.
  • Cruise Control Switch: Activates and adjusts cruise control (Set/Decelerate, Off/On, Resume/Accelerate).
  • Right-Hand Trigger Switch: On analog gauge models, cycles through multi-function display (MFD) modes. On Ride Command models, navigates through menus.

Maintenance Features:

  • Air Filter Replacement: Instructions for accessing and replacing the air filter element. Torque specifications for bodywork alignment bracket (96 in-lbs / 11 N·m), airbox cover (36 in-lbs / 4 N·m), and airbox bezel (36 in-lbs / 4 N·m).
