Why is my infinite spa Hot Tub heater not working?
    • P
      Paul LewisAug 15, 2025
Several factors can cause the heater in your infinite spa Hot Tub to malfunction. First, check if the temperature is set too low and increase it to between 20-40°C. The heating system may not activate immediately due to the temperature sensor's tolerance range (+/- 2°C). A dirty filter cartridge can also prevent proper heating, so replace it if necessary. Ensure the water level is adequate and top it up if it's too low. As a general troubleshooting step, you can disconnect the power supply, wait 10 minutes, and then switch it back on.

If the jet system in your infinite spa Hot Tub isn't functioning, it might be due to overheating of the air fan motor. Allow the motor to cool down before pressing the BUBBLE button to reactivate the function. Another potential cause is an issue with the filter/air and massage jets/heater unit. In this case, disconnect the power supply, wait 10 minutes, and then switch the power back on.
