The edges of the hob should have a minimum distance of 60mm from one side or the back of the
hob.
700mm between the high point of the surface of the hob (including the burners) and the underside
of any horizontal surface on which it rests.
400mm between the surface of the plate, provided that the bottom of the horizontal surface is in line
with the other edge of the plate. If the bottom is lower than 400mm, then there should be at least
50mm horizontally to the edge of the plate.
Note: The oven must have forced ventilation to install a hob on top of it. Check the oven dimensions in
the installation manual.
