Troubleshooting
Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.

If you cannot solve the problems yourself and need help:
- Press the button (On / Off).
- Disconnect the mains plug from the mains and call for service.
DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
Display does not light up Check if the power supply is working.
Check if the mains plug is inserted.
Check the selected programme.
Press the (On/Off) button.
"Ful" is ashing Check the water tank. If it is full, pour out the condensed water and restart
the dryer. If the tank is not full, restart the dryer directly.
If the “ful” icon is still on after performing the rst two steps, please call for
service.
Filter icon is ashing Clean the lint lter
Dryer does not start Connect the tumble dryer to the mains.
Switch on the dryer.
Check that the door is closed.
Check that the programme is set.
Press the (Start / Pause) button.
Dryness degree was not
reached or drying time
was too long
Clean the lint lter and the evaporator.
Empty the water tank.
Check the drain hose.
Check that the installation location is suitable.
Keep the air inlet clean.
Use a programme with a higher drying intensity level or a time program-
me.
Buzzing sounds are heard The compressor is running. These noises are quite normal and do not
indicate a fault.
Dryer switches off at the
end of each programme
The dryer switches off automatically to save energy. This is not a fault, but
a normal function.
