Automatic operation:
To fully open or close the sunshade automati-
cally, pressbriefly on the open or close side of
the switch and then release. To stop the sun-
shadefrom openingorclosing, presseither side
ofthe switch.
Auto-reverse function:
When thecontrol unit detects something caught
by the sunshade, the sunshade will open auto-
matically.
NOTE
Theauto-reverse function remainsactive whether the
sunshade is being closed manually or automatically.
If the batterycable is disconnected, the clock
will need to be re-adjusted to the correct time.
ADJUSTING TIME
Setthe time using the INFINITI controller and
the [Settings] menu available in the central dis-
play (see
“Clocksettings” in the “4. Display screen,
heater andair conditioner,and audio system” sec-
tion
).
NOTE
On vehicles fitted with anavigation system, the clock
is automaticallyupdated viaGPS.The initial clockset-
ting maybeincorrect.
WARNING
If yourepeatedly switch on seat heating, the seat
cushionand seatbackpadding maybecome veryhot.
The healthofvehicle occupants with limited tempera-
ture sensitivity or alimited ability to react to exces-
sively high temperatures maybeaffected or they may
even suffer burn-likeinjuries. There is ariskofinjury.
Therefore, do not switch on the seat heating repeat-
edly.
CAUTION
•
Do notuse theseatheater system foralong pe-
riod of time when the engine is not running, other-
wisethe batterycould rundown.
•
Avoid using the seat heater for anylonger than is
necessary,orwhen the seat is not occupied.
•
Do not put anything on the seat that insulatesthe
heat, suchasablanket, cushion, seat cover,etc.
Otherwise, the seat mayoverheat.
•
Do not placeanything hard or heavy on the seat or
pierce it with apin or similar object.Thismay dam-
agethe heater.
•
Anyliquid spilled on aheated seat should be re-
movedimmediately with adry cloth.
•
When cleaning the seat, never usebenzine, thin-
ner or any similar materials.
