CHILD SAFETYLOCK — REAR DOORS
Thechildsafetylockhelpsprevent doors from
beingopened accidentally,especially when
smallchildren areinthe vehicle.
When the switch is in the LOCK

2position, the
rear doorcan only be opened fromthe outside.
BACK DOOR LOCK
WARNING
•
Alwayscheckthatthe backdoor hasbeen properly
closed to preventitfromopening while driving.
•
Do not drive with the backdoor opened. Thiscould
allow dangerousexhaust gases to be drawn into
the vehicle.
•
Closely supervisechildren when they are around
the vehicletoprevent them from playing and be-
inglockedintheluggagecompartmentwhere they
could be seriously injured. Keep the vehicle
locked, withthe backdoor closed,when notin use,
andpreventchildren’saccessto the vehicle’skeys.
To open the backdoor,unlockitfirst with one of
thefollowing operations, then push the button

Push the

button on thekey or Intelligent Key
(where fitted). See “Keyfunctions” earlier in this

Unlockall the doors using thekey.
To close the backdoor,pullitdown until it se-
curely locks.
