[Camera]-[Moving Object Detection (MOD)]:
Activate or deactivate the Moving Object Detec-
tion (MOD) mode.
[Display]- [Brightness]:
Adjustdisplay settings by touching [+]/[-].
[Display]- [Contrast]:
Adjust displaysettings by touching [+]/[-].
[Display]-[Colour]:
Adjustdisplay settings by touching [+]/[-].
[Display]-[Tint]:
Adjustdisplay settings by touching [+]/[-].
[Display]-[Blacklevel]:
Adjustdisplay settings by touching [+]/[-].
[Display]- [Default settings]:
Return allthe settings to default.
AROUND VIEW MONITORSYSTEM
LIMITATIONS
WARNING
Listed beloware the system limitationsfor Around
View Monitor.Failure to operate the vehicle in accor-
dancewith these system limitationscould result in
seriousinjuryordeath.
Do not usethe Around View Monitor with the out-
side mirror in the stored position, and make sure
that the backdoor is securely closed when operat-
ing the vehicleusing the Around View Monitor.
The apparent distancebetween objects viewed on
the AroundView Monitor differs from the actual
distance.
The cameras are installedonthe front grille,the
outside mirrors and above the rear number plate.
Do not put anything on the cameras.
When washing the vehicle with high-pressure wa-
ter,besure not to spray it around the cameras.
Otherwise, water mayenter the cameraunit caus-
ing watercondensation on the lens,amalfunction,
fire or an electric shock.
Do not strikethe cameras. They are precision in-
struments. Doing so could causeamalfunction or
cause damage resulting in afire or an electric
shock.
Thefollowing are operating limitationsand do
not represent asystem malfunction:
There maybeadelay when switching between
views.
Whenthe temperature isextremely high or low,the
screen maynot display objects clearly.
When strong light is directly shines on the camera,
objectsmay not be displayed clearly.
Thescreen mayflickerunder fluorescent light.
The colours of objects on the Around View Monitor
maydiffer somewhat from the actual colour of ob-
jects.
Objectsonthe monitor maynot be clear and the
colour of the object maydiffer in adark environ-
ment.
There maybedifferences in sharpnessbetween
each cameraview of the bird’s-eye view.
If dirt, rain or snow accumulates on the camera,the
AroundView Monitor maynot display objects
clearly.Clean the camera.
Do notuse waxonthe cameralens. Wipe off any
waxwith aclean cloth that has been dampened
with adiluted mild cleaning agent, then wipe with
adry cloth.
