iPod playeroperation
Activation and playing:
Inserting the iPod cableinto the connector will
activate the iPod mode.
iPodcanalso be selected fromthe audio sources
list and the sourcebar by touchpanel operation
orbypushing <MEDIA>.

To playand pause the iPod, touch[Play]/[Pause]
in theiPodmenu.
Selectingsearchmethod:
Alistofsearchmethods is displayed in the iPod
menu.Touchand select an item to play the iPod
in your preferred settings.
Fast-forwarding/rewinding:
Push and hold <SEEK•TRACK> to fast-forward or
rewind the song. Release<SEEK•TRACK> to play
thesong at normal speed.
Changing play mode:
Touch[Mix] or [Repeat] from the iPod menu to
select theplaymode.
Skipping songs:
Push <SEEK•TRACK> to skip to thenext or previ-
oussong.
Even when iPods or iPhones are inserted into
both of the two USB connectors, the system
recognises only one of the connected iPods or
iPhones at atime.
BLUETOOTH® STREAMING AUDIO
Your vehicle is equipped with Bluetooth®
StreamingAudio.
Ifyouhave acompatible Bluetooth® devicewith
streaming audio (A2DP profile), youcan set up a
wirelessconnection between your Bluetooth®
deviceand the in-vehicle audio system. This
connection allowsyoutolisten tothe audiofrom
theBluetooth®deviceusingyourvehiclespeak-
ers. It mayalso allow basiccontrol of the device
for playingand skipping audio files using the
AVRCP Bluetooth® profile. Not allBluetooth®
devices have the same level of controls for
AVRCP.Pleaseconsult the manual for your Blue-
tooth® devicefor more details.
WirelessLAN (Wi-Fi) and the Bluetooth® func-
tionsshare the same frequency band (2.4 GHz).
Using the Bluetooth® and the wirelessLAN
functionsatthe same time mayslow down or
disconnect thecommunication and causeun-
desired noise. It is recommended that youturn
off the wirelessLAN (Wi-Fi) when usingthe Blue-
tooth® functions.
