Mail settings
Varioussettings canbechanged from the Mail
Settings screen.
1.Push<MENU> on the steering wheel.
2. Touch[Settings].
3. Touch[Phone/Mail].
4. Touch[Mail Settings].
Thefollowingmailsetting items are available.
Phonebook
Informationinthephonebookonmobile phones
canbedownloaded.

tion
1. Push <MENU> and touch[Phone].
2. Touch[Phonebook] and select from the list.
This canbeviewed on the display and used to
make callsorsend text messages.
Setting item Action
[Message Download Set-
tings]
The transfer function canbeturned on/off.When the transfer function is
on, the phonebook on the mobile phone will be automatically downloaded
to thehands-free text messaging system when connected.
[Attempts for Sending] The number of reattempts after failing to send atext message canbe
selected between 0and 3.
[New Message Alert] The type of tone used for the notification sound canbeselected.
[EditTextMessage
Replies]
The template(text to select from when composinganoutgoing message)
canbeedited.
