tance

In these or similar operating conditions, have,
forexample, the air filter,engine oil andoil filter
changed more frequently.The tyres must be
checkedmore frequently if the vehicle is oper-

Never remove the radiator or coolant reservoir cap
when the engine is hot. Seriousburnscould be
caused by high-pressure fluid escaping from the
radiator.Wait until the engine and radiator cool
down.

Engine coolant is poisonousand should be stored
carefully in marked containers out of the reachof
children.
•
The cooling system is equipped with apressure
type cap. To prevent engine damage, useonlya
genuine INFINITI pressure cap.
The engine cooling system is filled at the factory
with ahigh-quality,year-round, antifreezecool-
ant solution. The antifreezesolution contains
rust andcorrosion inhibitors, therefore
additional cooling system additives are not nec-
ess
ar
y.
CAUTION
•
Never useany cooling system additives suchas
radiatorsealer.Additivesmayclogthecoolingsys-
tem and causedamagetothe engine, transmis-
sion and/or cooling system.

When adding or replacingcoolant, be sure to use
only INFINITI Genuine Engine Coolant or equiva-
lent in its quality
