Tyres should be periodically inspected for wear,
cracking, bulging or objects caught in the tread.
If excessive wear,cracks, bulging or deep cuts
arefound, the tyre should be replaced immedi-
ately.
The originaltyres have abuilt-in treadwear indi-
cator.When the wearindicatorisvisible, the tyre
should be replaced.
Improper servicing of atyre mayresult in seri-
ouspersonal injury. If it is necessary to repair a
tyre,contact an INFINITI Centre or qualified
workshop.
TYRE AGE
Never use atyre over six years old, regardless of
whetherithas been used or not.
Tyres degrade with age as well as with the ve-
hicleusage. Have your tyres checkedand bal-
anced often by arepair shop or,ifyou prefer,an
INFINITI Centre or qualified workshop.
CHANGING TYRESAND WHEELS
WARNING
Do notinstall adeformed wheel or tyre even if it has
been repaired. Suchwheels or tyres could have struc-
turaldamageand could fail without warning.
Whenreplacing atyre, usethe same size,speed
rating and load carrying capacity as originally
equipped.(See

andsizes of tyres and wheels.) The use of tyres
otherthanthoserecommendedor the mixeduse
of tyresofdifferent brands, construction (bias,
