Operation Steps of AIRPRESSURE
- Connect: Connect the airpipes from the machine to the costume.
- Power On: Connect the power cord and press the power switch.
- Set TIME: Adjust the treatment time using the UP/DOWN arrows.
- Default time: 30 minutes.
- Maximum adjustable time: 90 minutes.
- Recommended time per use: 35-40 minutes.
- Recommended frequency: Every other day.
- Choose PARTS: Select the body parts for massage:
- 1: LEGS and FEET.
- 2: WAIST.
- 3: ARMS.
- 4: LEGS, WAIST, and ARMS circularly.
- Choose MODE: Select one of the six massage modes:
- 1: Airpressure squeezes 2 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- 2: Airpressure squeezes 4 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- 3: Airpressure squeezes 6 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- 4: Airpressure squeezes 8 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- 5: Airpressure squeezes 10 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- 6: Airpressure squeezes 12 seconds, relieves 1 second.
- Choose INTENSITY: Select an intensity level from 1 to 7.
- Start/Pause: Press ON/OFF to start the air pressure, press again to pause.
Operation Steps of Infrared-Heat
- Connect: Connect the costume to the controller. An "EO" display indicates a wrong connection, preventing temperature setting.
- Set TIME: Adjust the treatment time using the UP/DOWN arrows (same guidelines as for airpressure).
- Set ARMS Temperature: Press INFRAR SELECT until the AMRS indicator lamp is on. Quickly set the temperature.
- Recommended temperature for ARMS: 55°C-60°C.
- Start/Pause ARMS Heat: Press ON/OFF to start infrared heat for arms, press again to pause.
- Set WAIST Temperature: Press INFRAR SELECT until the WAIST indicator lamp is on. Quickly set the temperature.
- Recommended temperature for WAIST: 60°C-65°C.
- Start/Pause WAIST Heat: Press ON/OFF to start infrared heat for waist, press again to pause.
- Set LEGS Temperature: Press INFRAR SELECT until the LEGS indicator lamp is on. Quickly set the temperature.
- Recommended temperature for LEGS: 65°C-70°C.
- Start/Pause LEGS Heat: Press ON/OFF to start infrared heat for legs, press again to pause.
- Heat Sensation: After setting, the temperature of each part will gradually rise, and the user will feel the heat.
- Power Off and Store: Turn off the power, disconnect accessories, and store the product properly after use.
