WARNING
IMPORTANT! KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
FALL HAZARD:
To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:
- begins to roll over OR
- can pull up on sides (approximately 5 months)
- has reached 20 lb (9 kg)
Always use on the  oor. Never use on any elevated surface.
ALWAYS use restraint system.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Infants have su ocated:
- on added pillows, blankets, and extra padding.
• Only use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
• Never place extra padding under or beside the infant.
- when trapped between product and adjacent surface.
• Never use inside cribs, playards, or other products.
- when product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over.
• Never use on a soft surface (e.g. bed, sofa, cushion).
- Always place infant on back to sleep.
Do not move the product with child inside.
Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around a child’s neck such as
hood strings or paci er cords. Never suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys.
Never place product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child.
For indoor use only.
When using the AC adapter, only use the one supplied.
Check the AC adapter, including the plug and cord, regularly for damage. Do not use if any
damage has occurred.
Do not use extension cords.
