SCREEN SETTINGS
Main
Screen
1. Batch count displays the current count of
containers. Reset starts the count at 0.
2. Main Speed can be entered in
inches/minute.
3. The buttons on the right take you to the
screen named on the button.
Label Settings
(Top and Bottom Label identical
)
1. Label feed can be turned on or off.
2. Labels can be jogged while the machine is
stopped.
3. Label delay is in inches of travel after the
container is detected by the photoeye.
4. Gap delay is in inches of label feed after
the gap is detected by the gap sensor.
5. Most Models include a Label Ratio, this is
a label speed adjustment relative to the
conveyor speed.
Timer Settings
1. Label Timeout Delay: If no labels are
present in the gap sensor the machine will
shut down after this time delay.
2. Gap Timeout Delay: If a label begins to
feed and no gap is detected in this time
the machine will stop.
Both of these functions must be enabled
on the System settings screen.
