Function Description
The Innoflame Fireplace is an electric heating appliance that simulates the appearance of a traditional fireplace with flame and ember bed effects. It provides supplemental heat for indoor spaces and features adjustable settings for flame color, ember bed color, and temperature. The fireplace is designed to be installed into a cabinet, offering a built-in aesthetic.

The fireplace is designed for use on 120-volt circuits and requires proper grounding. It comes with a three-blade grounding-type plug. An adapter (C) is available for connecting to two-slot receptacles, but the green grounding lug from the adapter must be connected to a permanent ground, such as a properly grounded outlet box. Adapters are explicitly stated as NOT for use in Canada.
Safety features include a protective thermostat limiter that shuts off the power supply if the inner temperature overheats, preventing fire damage. The device is certified with a C US mark, indicating compliance with safety standards (261046).
Usage Features
The fireplace can be operated via a control panel located at the upper-right corner of the unit or through a remote control. The remote control is for functional operation only and cannot lock/unlock the heating function.
- Power Button: Turns the fireplace on and off. It has a built-in memory function that retains the previous status (except for the timer) when turned off. If disconnected from the main power source, it will lose memory and revert to default settings.
- Flame Button: Cycles through 7 different flame colors, a dynamic condition, and an OFF setting.
- Heater Button: Turns the heater on and off. When the heater is on, the temperature can be adjusted using the Increase/Decrease buttons. There are 11 temperature settings ranging from 72°F to 82°F, and an ON setting, followed by 64°F to 72°F (or 22°C to 27°C, and 18°C to 22°C).
- Temperature Unit Conversion: While the heater is on, pressing and holding the Power Button for 5 seconds will cause the current temperature unit display to flash 3 times and convert to the other unit (Fahrenheit/Celsius). This function is not available via remote control.
- Heater Lock/Unlock: Pressing and holding the Heater Button for 10 seconds will lock the heater function, indicated by the ember bed flashing 6 times. To unlock, repress and hold the heater icon for 10 seconds; the ember bed will flash 6 times, and the heater function will return to its original state. This function is not available via remote control.
- Timer Button: Allows setting an automatic shut-off timer from 30 minutes to 6 hours, or OFF. Once the timer expires, the ember bed will flash 6 times, all functions will close, and the fireplace will enter standby mode. The power icon must be touched to restart the fireplace.
- Ember Bed Button: Cycles through 7 different ember bed colors and a dynamic condition.
- Increase/Decrease Button: Primarily used for setting the desired temperature.
Maintenance Features
Regular care and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and safe operation of the fireplace.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the power cord and allow the unit to cool before cleaning. The exterior surface can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth (not dripping wet) and then dried. Do not immerse the fireplace in water or use cleaning chemicals such as detergents and abrasives. Prevent the interior from getting wet. Accumulated dust can be removed with a soft, dry cloth.
- Storage: When storing the fireplace, place it back into its original packaging and store it in a clean, dry place.
- Lubrication: The blower and flame motor are pre-lubricated for a durable lifespan and do not require further lubrication or maintenance. However, periodic cleaning/vacuuming of the fireplace is recommended to remove accumulated dust particles.
- Troubleshooting: The manual includes a troubleshooting guide for common issues:
- E1 (Heater overheating): Call dealer for service.
- E2 (NTC defective): Call dealer for service.
- E3 (Heater not working): Check if vents are dirty or clogged. Unplug, clean dust/debris from the vent area, wait 5 minutes, then plug in and turn on. If the heater still doesn't work, call dealer for service.
- Battery Replacement (for remote control):
- Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types (alkaline, carbon zinc, rechargeable).
- Do not ingest batteries.
- Use the correct size and grade (AAA 1.5V) and replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
- Clean battery contacts before installation.
- Ensure correct polarity (+ and -).
- Remove batteries if the equipment will not be used for an extended period.
- Battery Disposal: Used batteries should not be treated as municipal waste due to hazardous substances. Dispose of them at an appropriate collection point for recycling to prevent environmental and health consequences.
