What to do if my INNOLIVING INN-069 Humidifier produces no mist?

If your INNOLIVING Humidifier isn't producing mist, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the water tank isn't empty by adding water. Next, check that the humidifier is turned ON by rotating the knob clockwise. Make sure the humidifier is placed on a flat, hard, and stable surface. Also, the water in the tank may be dirty or has been left too long, so clean the tank and refill it with fresh water. If you used cleaner to clean the water tank, use fresh water to completely clean the water tank, and dry it. If none of these steps work, the transducer or the fan may not be working, and it should be sent to after-sales service for maintenance.
