All Fluid Support Chambers/Waterchambers/Watermattresses/Waterbeds are manufactured from high quality selected vinyls & are dielectrically sealed

prior to leaving the factory. InnoMax

warrants to the first purchaser only - that every Fluid Support Chamber shall be free of failures resulting from

workmanship for the periods outlined below from the date of purchase if used under normal circumstances and subject to the conditions listed herein.

Warranty Duration and Coverage:

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from state to state.

1. This warranty shall be void unless the Fluid Support Chamber is used in accordance with InnoMax directions for installation & care, and in conjunction

with an "approved" frame or bed system that provides perimeter support for the Fluid Support Chamber(s) & a safety liner capable of capturing the

entire liquid contents of the Fluid Support Chamber(s) should a rupture occur. This also voids the warranty unless the Fluid Support Chamber(s) is

used in conjunction with an approved waterbed heating system & water conditioner. The term “approved” as used herein means meeting or exceeding

those standards set forth by the State of California.

2. Hardside Fluid Support Chamber(s): The warranty shall be void unless the Fluid Support Chamber is used in conjunction with a rigid bed frame of a

size certified by InnoMax. In the case of “soft sided” flotation sleep systems, the warranty on this Fluid Support Chamber shall be void. Consult your

dealer or InnoMax for certified sizes, types and brands.

3. This warranty does not apply to tears, slits, punctures or any damage caused by improper use, negligence, excessive strain, improper installation,

accidents, acts of God, or failures caused by extreme temperatures.

4. Any apparently defective mattress must be returned to the dealer from whom it was originally purchased or to InnoMax at the purchaser’s expense

together with the original proof of purchase with the damaged area in question clearly marked. Following evaluation, the mattress, or it’s replacement,

will be returned freight collect. Please allow 90 days for the performance of this warranty.

5. In no event shall InnoMax or any of it’s dealers be liable for any damages, personal or property, resulting from the use or misuse of the Fluid

Support Chamber/Waterchamber/Watermattress/Waterbed.

There is no express warranty on these goods. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the Fluid Support Chamber(s), at the option

of InnoMax, & any damages for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property are expressly excluded. This is the exclusive express

warranty for this watermattress, and any other statements, or express warranties are expressly denied.

This document describes the Fluid Support Chamber, a sleep product designed for comfort and enjoyment, manufactured by InnoMax®. It is essentially a waterbed mattress, also referred to as a waterchamber or watermattress.

Function Description

The Fluid Support Chamber provides a unique sleep experience by utilizing water as its primary support medium. It is designed to conform to the body, offering various levels of support and motion reduction depending on the specific model (Luxury Support®, Genesis™, Sanctuary™, Maximum Comfort®). The product aims to provide years of comfort and enjoyment through its design and material quality.

Warranty Duration: Features a 20-year extended limited warranty.
- First 3 years (2 years for Free Flow Fluid Support Chamber): Free exchange or repair.
- Years 4-6: Exchange for 60% of current Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
- Years 7-9: Exchange for 70% of current MSRP.

Usage Features

Installation:
1. Heater Placement: Ensure the waterbed heater is properly installed but unplugged.
2. Safety Liner: Lay the safety liner inside the frame, matching seams and eliminating creases over the heater pad.
3. Mattress Placement: Unfold the mattress with the valve side up at the foot of the bed, centering it proportionally within the frame.
4. Filling: Use a Fill & Drain Kit (optional) for easiest filling. Attach the hose adapter to the valve and the faucet adapter to an indoor faucet.
5. Water Conditioner: Pour water conditioner into the mattress during filling to inhibit algae growth. Repeat treatment every 12 months.
6. Filling Process: Fill with warm water at a moderate rate until the mattress is 1/2" to 1" from the top of the frame boards. A King size bed takes approximately 30-45 minutes to fill.
7. Comfort Adjustment: Test for comfort and adjust water level as needed.
8. Hose Removal: Turn off faucet, drain remaining water from the hose into the mattress, then carefully remove the hose.
9. Air Removal: Remove air by moving it towards the filler valve with a broom handle to prevent sloshing sounds.
10. Sealing: Place the cap and plug insert on the valve and secure, pushing the valve flush with the mattress.
11. Spillage: Wipe up any spillage immediately.
Draining (Softside & Hardside):
1. Unplug the waterbed heater.
2. Clear the area around the draining valve.
3. Drain most of the water.
4. Roll the mattress (like a toothpaste tube) from the end opposite the drain valve, lifting slightly to force water towards the valve. For fiber mattresses, ensure to grab both fiber interior and vinyl simultaneously. Place an object to prevent unrolling. This ensures interior material remains centered and maximizes water removal.
5. Replace cap and plug on the valve.
6. Wrap the safety liner around the rolled mattress to secure it for removal.
7. For re-installation, unroll, unwrinkle, and center the mattress before refilling. Ensure wave reduction material lies flat.
Troubleshooting Leaks:
- If water is detected on the mattress or in the liner, do not drain until the source is located.
- Common causes of water within the liner include spillage during filling, loose/improperly tightened valve caps, or incidental tampering.
- Procedure: Completely dry the mattress, place a dry towel under the area, check after 24 hours. If water reappears, locate and patch the leak with a waterbed patch kit. If unable to patch, drain and return to dealer.

Maintenance Features

Water Conditioner: Essential for inhibiting algae growth. Must be added during initial filling and repeated every 12 months.
Vinyl Cleaner & Protectant: Recommended for use on the outside surface of the mattress 3 times annually.
Warranty Claims: Requires returning the apparently defective mattress to the dealer or InnoMax at the purchaser's expense, along with original proof of purchase and the damaged area clearly marked. InnoMax will evaluate and return the mattress or its replacement freight collect. Allow up to 90 days for warranty performance.
