To ensure the batteries are kept in good condition,
always put the hoist on charge after use. Never allow
the battery to fully discharge.
Charging
To ensure a long service life of the batteries, please ensure
that the hoist is left on charge when not in use.
To charge the AirRise200, follow the following procedure:
• Place the hand control in the wall charger (Figure 1)
• Check if the indicator light lights up (Figure 2)
• Leave hoist on charge for about 8 hours.

Hand Control
Theplugofthehandcontrolshouldbeplacedrmlyintheinputatthebottomofthe
lift.Thecordofthehandcontrolcan,ifrequested,bettedwithastrainreleaseor
xedwithscrew-thread.
Top 2 buttons:
These control the hoist’s lifting and
lowering
Middle 2 buttons:
Ifthehoististtedwithaelectrically
powered spreader bar, these buttons enable
this to be used.
Indicator light:
Inthemiddleoftheletter‘O’inINNOVA™,there
is an LED indicator light. This tells you when the
hoist is charging.
Bottom2buttons:
Turnthehoistonando.Whencharging,theLED
indicatorslightupatthebottomofthehoist.Should
thisbeannoying,forexampleinabedroom,thiscanbe
turnedowiththeredbutton.Thereisalsotheoptionofa
bedroommode,withwhichthechargingindicatorsswitch
oautomaticallyafter2minutes.

Summary

Charging the Hoist

Hand Control Operation

Lifting and Lowering Buttons

The top two buttons on the hand control manage the hoist's lifting and lowering functions.

Spreader Bar Controls

Middle buttons control an electrically powered spreader bar if fitted to the hoist.

Power On/Off Buttons

Bottom buttons turn the hoist on/off. LED indicators can be switched off for comfort.

Hand Control Indicator Light

An LED indicator light in the 'O' of INNOVATM shows when the hoist is charging.

LED Indicator Light Status

Green Status

Indicates the hoist is active. Switches off after 30 minutes; push On button to reactivate.

Orange Status

Signals that batteries need charging soon; not critical but charging is advised.

Red Status

Indicates critical battery level. Do not use; further discharge damages batteries.
