Do you have a question about the Innova OKKI and is the answer not in the manual?
This document is an installation manual for the Innova OKKI air-conditioning unit, designed for large spaces such as industrial warehouses and extensive areas. It provides comprehensive information for installers and users, ensuring correct management, safe operation, and optimal performance with minimal energy consumption.
The OKKI unit is an advanced air-conditioning system that features a SmartJet system on its indoor unit. This innovative system includes motorized and self-directing nozzles that autonomously and independently regulate the direction and temperature of the air. This prevents air stratification and ensures the maintenance of the desired temperature in the occupied area, providing maximum comfort and cost-effectiveness.
The unit is available in two sizes with different flow rates: OKKI 15 kW and OKKI 30 kW.
The OKKI unit is designed for indoor installation in a vertical position, fixed to a wall. It is crucial to select an installation site that is well-ventilated and away from heat sources, obstacles, or environments with flammable gases or high humidity. The minimum floor area required for installation varies based on the refrigerant charge, with specific values provided in the manual to prevent accumulation of leaked refrigerant.
The unit supports various configurations: Smart jet, Manual jet, and Ducted. It can be controlled via a remote control, which is a touch screen keyboard. This electronic control panel allows for:
The unit can be connected to a thermostat for integration mode, a clean contact for summer/winter selection, and a device for remote power on/off. It also provides a generic alarm signaling connection. For multi-unit installations, one controller can manage up to 8 devices.
Routine maintenance is essential for the optimal functioning and longevity of the OKKI unit. An annual maintenance plan, to be carried out by qualified personnel or a Technical Service Centre, includes:
Filters should be removed by disconnecting the power supply and gently sliding them upwards. If the filters are acceptable, they can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or low-pressure compressor; otherwise, they must be replaced. The heat exchanger should be cleaned carefully with a vacuum cleaner or low-pressure compressor, ensuring not to touch the fins and cleaning in the opposite direction to the air flow to prevent dirt from entering.
The manual also includes a troubleshooting table for various alarms and their remedies, such as issues with probes, communication errors, and compressor malfunctions. It emphasizes that certain functional aspects, like compressor restart delays or periodic defrosting cycles, are normal and not indicative of faults.
